I NEVER write reviews but this place has frustrated me so many times! I love sonic. I’m from Texas and sonic is a place I’ve gone my entire life. This sonic ALWAYS brings me cold food! ALWAYS takes forever to bring me my food! They NEVER have enough people working. My husband has watched an employee smoke a cigarette go inside make his burger without washing hands or putting gloves on and had to ask for his burger to be remade. We have found hair in food! Horribly slow service! All the workers were outside while the drive thru was backed up. Took 10 min it seemed like to take our order & another 10 to get it at the window. What the heck is going on at this location?! All workers should not be on break at the same time. Need better management & better workers!
Not good business. We sat in the stall, pressed the button at least 10 times, for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order and no one did, but was running the drive through just fine. Won't be back. Business is horrible.
We are fans of Sonic, have always been very pleased, one of our favorites. This location the food was terrible, way to much mayonnaise
