Ordered at 2:00pm a Dr Pepper, at 2:30 I pressed the button 3 separate times trying to get ahold of service. Already paid for it. At 2:45 I left never got my drink called and got a answering machine 3 times before someone finally answered so I could get my refund.
Took 45 minutes to get out a 3 item order.
45 minutes to get a hot dog, cheeseburger, and bag of ice. Which we never would have gotten had we not finally left our stall and drove up to the window. Our food was cold and disgusting by the time we got it. We watched 10 other cars get served before us that came in after us. We still got charged for cold food and a 45 minute wait. Please see the receipt below!!! Worst food experience ever!!!! Last time we ever go to sonic.
I just want to give Debbie at the window at sonic 5 stars she is truly a ray of sunshine for the morning shift . She was sweet and kind and I know she made my drink with love. Debbie you truly filled my cup this morning with your smile and great attitude. Thank you
