Stopped by while on vacation and after placing the order, we waited 35 minutes for the food to arrive but, when it didn't arrive after 35 minutes, we left and went to Macdonalds, where we were given food, right away. I would avoid this place if you can and don't want to wait an hour or longer to eat. It's called a "fast food" restaurant, not "wait an hour for food" restaurant.
Our car hop, first said we couldn't have our food until he went in, even though we handed him a large bill, (went to check it for validity), then we asked him for the special sauce for cheddar peppers, he looked at us like we were bonkers lol, he definitely needs more training, food was decent, his behavior and demeanor not so great......
First time since I was a kid coming to a Sonics. Kind of a big deal. Craving ice cream, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and pretzel. Sat outside for 40 mins after ordering and was completely ignored. If I wasn't pregnant and having a craving i would have drove somewhere else. Instead I went through the drive through. Only then did I get the opportunity to order and receive the food I was hoping for. Yet an HOUR later!! Honestly a huge setback in my day and wasn't worth it.
