Every time I have come to this Sonic I get horrible service it takes them forever to complete a order and the food and drinks are not even made right I don't know why j keep coming here expecting different results when each time I'm disappointed
I ordered online a large slush a small slush and mozzarella sticks. I have been waiting over 30 minutes in the mobile pick up stall.
this is awful I been waiting for a hour for my food!!!
UPDATE: We decided to give them another chance. This time we ordered food and drinks. It seems they may have new staff or decided to make some changes. They took a reasonable amount of time to get our food and drinks out. The lady who brought our order out was great. Her positive attitude made the experience better than the last time. Original experience: Terrible experience. Every time we go here it takes them forever to get 1 drink out. The wait time was more than 30 mins for 1 drink.
