It has been 10 minutes for one strawberry Sunday and still waiting. Don’t come here unless you have a good 20 minutes for a single ice cream my goodness get it together please!
The series is bad I order thou the app and the forgot half my order and I had wait an hr for everyone bring me my food
Ordered 3 drinks on the app (paying in advance). 2 items were out of stock. The 3rd drink was ordered as light ice. It came with heavy ice. Asked for a refund, only refunded one item, had to go request from the manager for the refund of all items we did not get. My lady friend likes drinks that she can only get at Sonic. This Sonic is constantly NOT getting the orders correct. Not bringing you a drink carrier, not giving you correct drinks when specifically ordered a certain way (light ice, extra cream and vanilla, sold out)... read more
Ordered 2 hot fudge Sunday w extra hot fudge and got a little hot fudge smeared on the sides of the cup a thin layer might i add and the ice cream was half melted can't say the hot fudge melted it because there was not enough hot fudge to melt it not the first time but definitely the last
