My family was on our way home from Spring Break. Four of us total. We place our order at the screen. Had to repeat ourselves several times. The sonic employee repeated our order back several times. Took us approximately 7 mins or so because it kept getting repeated back and forth. When the food came out we were missing a combo and a sandwich was incorrect. They do get behind a bit during peak times but the staff they do have are great and always seem to do their best.
They got our food wrong twice, and I went up to the booth and they still got it wrong. Unacceptable. And to top that off the only thing they got right were the mints we didn’t ask for. They need to fix their service!!
