If you have time to spend and wait for your order, rather there are several cars or no cars. The wait time is ridiculous. If you’re a delivery driver expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for any item off the menu whether it’s just one drink or you order more. I went in to pick up one drink not one car was in any of the stalls. There was only one car at the drive-through window. I waited almost 20 minutes for one drink and literally watched several orders. Employees goofing off inside sitting on counter tops, hugging and kissing each other, grabbing people by the throat, nobody washing before delivering food after all that? No wonder it takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. Add on: What kind of a run down Sonic facility can not make a Sonic blast? 3 times now in the last month we have made an online order and can not have it, and can not even get a refund! Whoever is managing the place is doing a horrible job. 30 minute waits several times a day for delivery orders. Currently been waiting a half hour for just drinks. Avoid this place, especially when ordering delivery.
