Honestly half the time the screens are broken or the microphone and speaker you use to order are. Its horrid. when they are working and ive gone here when desperate about 80% of the time i get the runs. So their cleanliness is absolutely horrid. I only go here as a last resort when im out of food at home and the stores closed. Staffs friendly i guess. But i cant rate the service more than a 2 when i get foodborne illness 80% of the time. My husband and I ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos there was more tortilla than anything! barely any meat or eggs and the iced coffee I ordered was watered down big time! We haven't been to this sonic in a while and I don't think we will be back!
