I was told my card was not authorized. Went to Bojangles and Tropical Smoothie after. No issues. I have Bank of America and verified my account was not locked while at the window. Employee made no effort to try on a different register to verify there just wasn't an issue at that register. Weird or not trying anything would have been appreciated. Rude service and trashy food. Didn’t want to say anything to us.
Very rude!!!! The tv screen would not work and the lady named Carmen if Im correct yelled at my family through the screen!!!! Very rude and the food took a good 30 minutes to come out.
