Honestly Dairy Queen is better! The employees are ridiculous here and they argue with you over anything when ordering. Every single time I’m here…liz is annoying. I ordered around 9ish and told her I didn’t order fries I wanted 2 ranches, she argued with me. A simple fix is all I wanted, but being told "no it’s what you said” is beyond ridiculous. Just want to order once and it not be a hassle…
The food's really good but the workers are a little slow so you might have to wait a little bit for your food
App is always down and you can't redeem your rewards. Ridiculous
I love going here unless that app stops working to order ahead at 5pm!! Which seems to happen a lot lately
I've been a Sonic addict for over 20 years. This location has the absolute worst customer service, which is surprising because the managers are fairly nice. The teenagers they have hired at this time are snappy, rigid, snarky, interrupting, and overall snotty attitudes. They don't seem to know how to easy ice at this location either, every cup is filled to the rim.
