Place has really gone downhill. Plus they are technically overcharging on all their food. My combo is priced at $12.19 but rings up $14.09 before tax. All said and done it's over $16 in total, $4 for tax in this crap town? Plus couple of their evening cooks touch their face then go back to making food without washing hands or replacing gloves, what is the new GM doing to make this store better besides just giving free drinks away to local businesses??? Refused to give me more picante for my burrito after offering to pay. I had a $40 order. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The poor kid carhop knows it was wrong but the manager and her henchman wouldn’t let him do the right thing. Don’t go here and expect any customer service.
I requested ranch for my popcorn chicken multiple times and never got it. I was very polite too. Very disappointing.
