Yikes - Placed an order on the app and arrived at the designated time - waited an extra 20 mins for it to be ready.
Seems like sonic is just going downhill day by day. Orders are constantly messed up, being told to take the cherries out of the drink i didnt order them in, and put them in the drink i did order them in, when you ask for something to be taken off your food, all the other toppings seem to shrink in portion, not getting sauces when they have been asked for. Ordered bacon cheeseburger, I was told they didn't have bacon cheeseburgers any more. Their menu says you can add bacon to any cheeseburger. To me that sounds like a bacon cheeseburger. Not sure about the person taking the orders.
