This is what a $15 combo All American Sonic Bacon smasher looks like. Whoever put this together better be happy I wasnt the one to pick up and and check our order. Pretty pathetic this is what passes for quality product now.
Incompetent. After telling me they were out of pretzels, no one got back on and took my order. Sat for 15 minutes before someone came out to get our order. And she was incredibly rude. I haven’t been to sonic in years bc of customer service like this. always treated like youre inconveniencing them just by expecting them to do their job. What do they think they are getting paid to do? Turn customers away? Accomplished.
So slow got a water and pretzel took them 30 minutes. Do not come here horrible service.
