I usually order thru my app but didn't this time because I was driving and decided to stop by. I was disappointed in the whole experience. The gentleman on the speaker told me the double cheese burger and the smash burger was the same thing and didn't change it when I pointed it out. So I was overcharged. Then the kitchen cleared my order early and didn't get my food until about 15 minutes after the screen said it was "on the way". I keep going back and keep having the same issues at the location. When I pulled up, the manager (only person in charge) is sitting outside on a break. It's understandable that breaks are needed but when you have 2 vehicle's in line and a single vehicle is taking over 20 minutes to receive their order, the manager should then take notice and realize maybe the employees need their help.
