HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went to grab a bit for my family. Workers ignored the call button was chill on the phone scrolling I could see into the store when the guy finally answered he took my order and didn’t give me a chance to add to my order only got one menu item order and immediately told me the total and I said I’m not done and was ignored called back and they didn’t answer. At this point the city needs to come in and shut down this place regardless of who is running it the service and atmosphere is still bad!
I went to Sonic Drive-In in Post, TX today and used the online ordering system for the first time. My order said it would be ready at 4:15 PM. I arrived at 4:20 PM, checked in, and let them know I was there to pick up my order. I was told it would be “right out.” By 4:40 PM, I still had not received my food, so I pressed the button again to check on the status. The employee who responded was very rude.
