I don’t usually leave bad reviews because I’m not that type of person but man… I’m super disappointed in the way the owner acted towards me. He was disrespectful and very rude. The red button to place an order didn’t work and so I called which is no problem at all. But then the owner picked up and had an attitude. I didn’t really care that he had an attitude on the phone. the owner is super rude to workers and customers. He messed up our drinks multiple times and tried to blame us and his workers. On the other hand Melissa is a great worker and super kind and tried her best to help fix our drinks but he got in the way and was very rude to us and her.
This is the slowest, worst food and poor managed sonic I have ever been too. Thought it was a fluke the first time but now after returning it’s clear this is normal here. Wish there was a rating for zero stars
