Pretty awful
stopped in on way home tonight. I placed an order on the app in the stall (I do this to use my rewards) at 8:10pm for 2 Coney dogs, chili cheese tots, and 2 drinks. After about 15 minutes I noticed that my order status on the menu sign was gone and still no food. There were cars that pulled up after me and in drive thru that had already received their orders and left. I waited another 5 minutes then pressed the red button again and asked about my order.
