I can't use my real name here but I am a mystery shopper. I know how people feel. I have called the mean number and got we are sorry that you had to go through that. I have stopped going there and started going to Llano TX for my food now. Their carhops don't want to quit and the GM there (Andy) does not want to fire any of them and get new people in there or have someone come in and help to get the place up and going better. This place is really a dump mainly their biggest downfall is the customer service whoever answers their speaker(Joey) is very rude doesn't give me time to ask questions suggestive sale is a joke they say it begrudgingly as though you're bothering them and this is not their job.
