They was really fast .
Evening server male does not make a blizzard worth the price charged. Had to return blizzard to store as nothing but ice cream. MORNING SERVER MADE THE ORDER CORRECT ON THE SPOT SO I GIVE HER 5 STARS. If you do not love your job, you should not be doing it.
When did they stop using trays? They bring your food out, and if their hands are full, your drinks are lying on their dirty shirts. It used to be that they could not bring anything out without it being on a tray.
Twice this week, I ordered in my mobile app only to get there and be told they didn't have it. Oh sure I was offered something else that wasn't even half of the value of my order. Both times I asked for a refund and the server acted like they weren't sure they could do that. A quick check with the manager and sure enough they can.
