Was sitting here trying to place a drink order and they ignored the red button 4 times. I came 10 minutes before they closed. Then when I called they told me that they could not place my drink order. Terrible customer service.
I get the jr bacon cheeseburger often. Not long ago, I got one with no bacon. More recently I got one with no burger. I tried contacting them on line, but it didn't work. I guess we better check our orders to see if they are all there.
This makes me sad because Sonic was one of my go-to burger joints when I lived in Colorado. I've tried this one twice now and I'm sorry to say it's not good. My first delivered order missed the customization of my burger. Okay, I can have bad days too and decided to try again. Coke with NO ice ordered, coke WITH ice delivered. Burger with no tomato ordered came with 2 slices of tomato. Why offer customization if you don't follow it?
