Everytime we come here it is EXTREMELY slow. I ordered our food on the app so we do not have to wait. Nope you are going to wait EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!! While we watch two employees talk outside for a good 5 minutes then go inside and still be talking! No sense of urgency. 15 minutes we waited after ordering food and it saying it was going to be ready in 5. We didn’t even get here until after the past the time was that it said it was going to be ready. Ridiculous!
The worst service I had experienced. Placed an online order and was told pick up at 8:00. Didn’t receive the order until 30 minutes later. 4 customers ordered after me and got their food faster. This is by far the worst sonic in Texas. Don’t come here
I could’ve driven home, cooked a burger, air-fried some tots, come back, and given it to the cook. I ordered at the counter and watched six cars get their orders before mine even came out.
I planned to order and observed the cook handling food with no gloves or hairnet. When I asked them to have her put on gloves I was met with attitude and decided not to order. Then a male employee felt it appropriate to stare me down until I completed my transaction at the gas station AND as I got in my car in the parking lot. If I could give zero stars, I would. Rude from the jump—attitude over the intercom like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Then somehow managed to get over half my order wrong. I know it’s fast food, not fine dining, but come on… basic accuracy and not catching an attitude shouldn’t be too much to ask. When I asked them to fix it, they clearly didn’t care—just brushed it off with a dismissive, couldn’t-be-bothered attitude. If you’re handling people’s food, at least act like it matters.
