I realize that we were early for lunch, but the burger was stone cold. They did not try to heat the food, you can see that the cheese was not even slightly melted. The food was partially eaten until we realized several competitors are right down the road, so we had options. Will not be visiting Sonic ever again.
I got ROBBED by the manager who said I can only have a medium drink because I used an IN APP promotion for half off a drink. Reported them to Sonic customer service to get a full refund. Not to mention they also gave me a sparkling instead of an uncarbonated drink. Store failed every step of the way.
I usually doordash but after working a long day, I decided to stop by the drive-thru for a quick bite. Well now I know why I'm always missing items when I doordash. The service sucks! I'd probably get better service from Beavis and Butthead. So you can place an order online up to 11:45pm but staff can't be bothered if you just show up at 11:30pm. And by the other reviews, I can see it would be a waste of time to do an online order anyway. I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere then
Waited 50 minutes for my order. Paid over 50 dollars for it. Service was slow and there was no updates just left us in the dark the whole time.
