I don’t usually do this Been here 2 separate occasions and been disappointed.. July 2025 I went to get icecream with my boyfriend we get up to the drive through and told to wait for 3 minutes. Only to be told they were not accepting any orders at this time because they were backed up with mobile orders. Terrible customer service. You always attend to the customer in front of you. Never get a burger here. Don't get a cheeseburger don't get a deluxe don't get anything burger related. I would really question even a chicken sandwich here. Really low quality food and I mean even for fast food it's bad! The milkshakes are very plain. The cherry limeade isn't the same anymore either I noticed. Extremely unorganized staff.. I waited 30+ minutes for a 1 cheeseburger and a 1 chocolate milkshake.
Had to request a refund because the ice cream tasted "zingy". I also got a hot dog that was literally just cold...like it was out of heat for over an hour. This place is disgusting.
I hope everyone understands that u need to read back the order to the customer I don’t care how hard you work, if u are working hard nothing should have been missed or wrong in my order. And I will be waiting for my refund thank you. Oh! P.S I called corporate Fatima you need to be fired
