Came on a Saturday at 9:00 pm. Was told in the drive thru that they are only taking mobile orders. Very inconvenient.
It took 25 minutes to get our food. Went we finally got the food my hamburger was ice cold . I took two bites and couldn’t eat it.
The service is horrible like kids are standing around not taking orders we I stood in drive thru for 20 mins
It's called Sonic Drive-In not Sonic drive-thru. If you can't have your drive-in open and force me to go through the drive-through just, shut the place down. Maybe you guys had it right when you close the first time. Update, same as before. Why have a drive up if it's always closed !?
