Customer service is horrible. It’s always short staffed, which is understandable, but closing things early when you close at 12am is not okay. Employees rush service, drive thru is the only place they WANT to take orders. After having a HORRIBLE experience, I asked for a refund & was told they can’t give refunds. After refusing to move my car for 10 mins, I finally got a refund. Close down your store and RETRAIN EVERYONE!
Edit- the past two experiences have been awful. Just sat and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. Got me burger,immediately took a bite and it’s all cold. $9 for a cold cheeseburger. You can’t even cook this shit? The night staff are some of the friendliest people. Every time I stop by they are so courteous and polite.
I left a positive review 4 years ago. Unfortunately I now have to change that review to 1 star because we ordered through the mobile app and then attempted to sign in at a stall. It wouldn't work. Okay, so we go through the drive thru. We don't even get acknowledged after pulling up to the window after stating we're there for a mobile order. She's too busy changing the till for an empty one and checking that the cups are stocked. Then she hands us our food bag and says "have a nice day" without realizing we also got drinks. ... read more
