Why this the ONLY sonic in all of Houston where u can’t order the meal deal only “online” this not right at all maybe people don’t have access to shit like that, I went to another sonic where they said this not true u can order it at any sonic not just online nene coming here again until they change that weird rule yall Know yall can order it if this yall way for marketing yall doing a bad job losing customers
Came 10 mins out my my just to get there and they tell me I have to order the big meal deal online only. I’ve haven’t had that issue at any other sonic
I am going to be brutally honest. The way I was treated here was unacceptable. I ordered fries, a grilled cheese kids meal and a chocolate shake. If anyone knows me personally, I don't throw around complaints easily. I came here expecting edible food, I get it its fast food and I'm not getting a 5 star meal. The shake tasted like spoiled milk.
