The sonic in Bells tx, first gave us incorrect food, walked back over to get correct food and explained that if would take to long would just keep wrong food, the lady grabbed it from me and threw it in the trash. then they wanted me out of drive thru / window. I said just forget it! They were focus on drive thru and not customers there as it already took forever to get food after ordering (and it was not busy at the time). then got back to the truck and husbands fries were over cooked and corny dog was still frozen in the m... read more
They got my order wrong and the manager said they “had to charge to remake it because the food already left the window” I’ve never had that happen before at a place that messed up the order lol
