Stopped by the local sonic after work for a quick meal after a 12 hour shift. Roughly 3 minuted after placing my order and selecting that I would be paying cash, my order screen showed that my car hop was headed my way. Nearly 15 minutes later, a car hop finally came my direction with no food to question whether I was paying with cash or card because their machines had been acting wonky lately. I’ve never been treated better by a fast food establishment. ADDISON was the most polite sonic employee I’ve ever encountered. There needs to be an option for credit/debit card tips bc she would’ve earned one. Go give that girl a raise. I don’t even care if my food is trash. She made it worth it.
Had an online order, waited 20-25 minutes with no one showing up. Pressed the button 2 times and was ignored while everyone around was being answered. I waited, I was patient. But when it got to be 10 minutes of that, I left. Sorry not sorry. Baldwin City Sonic, I'm not going back.
