Horrible service. Manager "Millie" and server "Kat" need a class in customer service. I understand the customer isn't always right but today Millie was in the wrong. She actually told us the Hawaiian Wave Drink we ordered was made of soda water so it isn't going to taste good. We order these all over the place and they are always very good. Not here. Our order was also very sloppily made and incorrect. Will not be returning here.
I'm not a sugar freak. I enjoy the occasional unsweetened tea. Today I ordered a sweet tea and it is horrible. Its not unsweetened, there is a hint of sugar. My boyfriend ordered a vanilla Coke and all you can taste is vanilla. Its gross. And she brought us one straw. I just can't get a break from this horrible service. This store and the Madisonville one are terrible.
