The outside of this Sonic needed cleaning. I was pouring drink in clients cup outside my window. Thought it was her cup. Wasn't it was dead crickets. Other than that food and drinks were good.
I like Sonic, but this is the second worst one I've been to. If you are just getting a drink, you should be fine. There seems to always be new staff working, who of course are still learning. They have to ask for help, and still mess up your order somehow. The food quality is all over the place depending on how new the cook is at the time. Sometimes burnt, sometimes apparently twice fried, sometimes still cold in the center, and sometimes just right. Everytime we come over we wait for 45 minutes for our order while there's people that got here after us come on it said is on its way 20 minutes ago and still waiting 😡😡😡😡😡 and to make matters worse we didn't got our ketchup, mustard or ranch 😡😡😡😡😡
