Terrible customer service and the GM is a joke. Called and filed a complaint. Tried talking to Gm they hung up. DONT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU AINT GONNA TREAT PEOPLE NICELY!
It took very nearly 30 or more minutes to get the food and when it came the 5 piece tenders were missing. We informed them of this we had to wait another 15-20 minutes and still didn’t get it. So we got a refund, the food was good nothing to complain there but it was a terrible experience.
Just disappointed time and time going to Sonic. I’ve had some good eats at this Sonic before but it’s so hit or miss. Doesn’t matter the time of day, it’ll be lackluster or almost inedible. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese Brioche after enjoying it once before and decided to be risky and get it again. Two little strippy nibs of bacon on a burnt hamburger bun with at least three big sloppy gloppy greasy fried eggs with *no* cheese for 5 bucks. Not to be dramatic but come on.
