Terrible sonic. Either close the doors or fire everyone
I waited over 10 minutes for two drinks that never came. I watched multiple people go through the drive-through with no issue. It was not busy, definitely not busy enough to warrant taking over 10 minutes for two drinks.
Waited in line. They watched me wait to order and ate food and talked on the phone. I had to drive up to the window to order. Then they left the window for a long time while cars waited at the window to order
Extremely slow and terrible customer service
