Ok, I made a delivery order All-American Triple SONIC Smasher Combo And a second order of fries. I got a TOTALLY different persons order!!! I mean the only thing right was the drink. I got hot dogs and jalapeño poppers and tots!! The name was even on the bag who it was for!! just wanted to give a big thank you to carhop Emily for taking our order. The place was extremely busy and we had a pretty large order, but she kindly let us know ahead of time that there would be a wait which we completely understood and appreciated. Even though things were packed, we noticed her staying active, helping multiple cars, and keeping a great attitude the whole time. That really stood out to us. I love this sonic so much! I come here all the time and the food and drinks are always amazing. Rachel, and all of the crew members, are so kind. The food has always been yummy and I love using sonic app to pick up my food. The only complaint I have is that is sometimes take a very long time to get my food (one time it took over 30 minutes). But other than that, I love this place!
Our food was a little soggy, like it had been sitting out to long, and there's some guys in a lift driving around taking things apart but the best part of the visit was definitely the carhop Emil!! He ran out our order to us, smiled and was so apologetic that it took a while for two drinks and some mozzarella sticks! He made sure we had our sauces and when there was none in our bag or on his tray he ran inside and quickly returned (Like literally ran back) with our marinara sauce!
