I don't know if the leadership has changed here recently, but my last 2 visits here are complete 180s from my visits 8 months ago. The service has changed from smacking their gum, shutting the window while you're speaking, and having to wait for your food for 45 mins in the drive thru lane (true story), to the most professional and kind young folks taking orders again. Keep up the great work at this location!

For one they took away most stalls, and the ones left only one or two work, no answer from drive thru either at 4:35pm on a Monday, so I just went somewhere else better. Won’t be back and neither should you. No surprise most of the locations are shut down if this is the standard of service from Sonic.

You’d think when ordering tots at the speaker that by the time we got to the window 10 mins later they’d be done. Instead we have sat at the window another 7 mins waiting on them and a peach tea they forgot. While waiting we watched an employee (who preps the food) stick his bare hands in a dish they get things out of and eat something, lick his hand and then continue standing my prep station.
