Ordered a chili dog. Stale and hard bun and lukewarm everything else. Gross.

We are doing an Uber Eats order and this is the LOGEST fast food wait ever! We pulled up to the speaker, told them what order we were getting, and waited 10 minutes before getting to the window! Finally get to the window, they say they are making is now. Sit at the window in excess of 15 minutes for an online order that should have been done before getting to the window? I am baffled! They brought 5 other orders out for people behind us! Seems like they need some help getting orders out!
