I have never had issues at this Sonic, but today I ordered a footlong coney hotdog, and it was burnt! The tater tots were fine, my drink was fine, but my hot dog and the chili were burnt. Everything was all dark. Couldn't even see the cheese. It looked disgusting. I was too tired to go back and get my money back.
Food was ready at 9:16pm I checked in at 9:18pm. 4 other cars arrived after me and they were served first. I have to tell call the guy and ask him about my food. I dont fault the kid because it seemed like he was the only one their, seems like a night management problem. I got my food at around 9:40pm. It ruined my night, I think a simple apology might have made things better but I wasn't given that.
