The service was horribly slow. I couldn't check in with the app. I waited in a stall for 10 minutes to talk to an employee to get checked in, and proceeded to wait another 25 in the drive thru for my drink. Timeliness is not on any workers mind, I failed to see any carhops take orders out while it was busy, and workers within the building move without any sense of urgency. Management needs to be shunned for their poor management of the store and boards need repairs and the building appears run down.
WORST service ever today- I pulled up in one of the stalls because drive thru is always backed up. It was 3:45 pm and I was asked to hold on. Waited 8 minutes, no one came to the microphone. I hit the button again and at 3:55 was asked to hold on again. All I wanted was a drink at the Happy Hour price. Watched another vehicle go thru the same - yet we saw tons of employees bring out orders. Orders are always wrong. Food is cold. Staff don’t care to double check tickets. Waiting for longer than is necessary after putting in orders. Not worth going for messed up orders and cold food. Always missing items. Almost like they just want to short you on purpose.
