We just arrived to sonic at 10:40 pm the website says sonic closes at 11 pm. A young gentleman with long hair, Latino was sitting outside with a young lady (red/pink hair) tells us “we are CLOSED”. That is the worst customer service ever. Please do not come to this sonic they close early before the closing hour and prefers to hang out with his friends instead of attending the customers.
The shittiest sonic in the area. Orders are always wrong. Spare yourself & drive a little further

Will never go to this location again.. 10:15pm 8-11-26 The service was terrible and the guy at the window was very rude and talking under his breath at us.. Wish I had looked at the reviews before visiting it would have saved a lot of time and money.. It's pretty clear the only good reviews this place has received are written by friends or family of the employees.. I am surprised this place is still in business based off the reviews..
I came to this location this evening with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. We initially went to the stall to place our order. When we were ready, we pressed the red button, and the gentleman who answered rudely told us to come to the drive-thru. That interaction alone was a complete turn-off.
