I typically go to resturaunts and im guilty of this sometimes however I see this as a common occurrence we only tend to speak about a bad experience but ive been to this specific location over 100 times in that past 4 years and I must say I have only had 2 bad experiences. It has indeed improved it just seems everyone waits 10-15 minutes and makes it seem like 40 minutes to hours to make people not come here again or at all. Read your reviews with a grain of salt. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered a drink and are currently waiting for 45 minutes and have not received anything. We pressed the button to ask and were just told they were going as fast as they could. No more than 7 cars here, even if one person was doing all of the cooking and delivering there is no reason we couldn't have had our drink by now. People are leaving because no one is getting food. I would never recommend coming to this Sonic. Terrible ownership and service.

Despite “new management” coming in to help the place, the service and food had not gotten better. I used to work on that block and went there for breaks a lot. Mediocre food at best, inedible at worst. Lots of hair in food, saw the inside of the kitchen once when I was sitting on the deck area and there was like two people not wearing hairnets and working on the fryers

Whoever works here does not work. Sat for 10 minutes waiting to order. And when they came on the speaker all I heard was "oh my god bro. Are you going out there" then the speaker went off. I left.
