TL:DR RUDE, BAD FOOD - AVOID THIS LOCATION What a frustratingly dissapointing location. My family of 5 and I ordered today, and simply asked during the order process for ketchup to be included for my children. Was told it would be. When the order came out 10 minutes later (odd with only 3 cars and no drive thru activity) I asked again to be sure "Hey, is there ketchup in the bag for my children?) Was told that there was. the worst and slowest Sonic I know
If you order off the app and they do not have the item, you get charged anyway. To get your money back you are told to contact corporate??? I asked for a drink carrier for my 3 drinks , but they would not give me the free carrier as I did not check the box on the app??????? I frequent sonic at several locations and have never been denied a drink carrier…..why???
