I had a great experience at this Sonic Drive-In! Colby greeted me with outstanding customer service and was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made sure everything was taken care of and really made my visit enjoyable. It’s refreshing to receive such great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Ive giving it 2 stars because my hubby's milkshake was good, or so he said. The service really sucked! We ordered 2 drinks and the car beside us up pulled up AFTER us ordered 6 FULL meals, got there food and LEFT, BEFORE we got our 2 drinks...3 car loads of people came and went then we pushed the button and had to remind them of our 2 drinks. Which my medium drink was only half full. I would have complained but didnt because obviously didnt care in the first place.
I pulled up the stall, I was greeted professionally by young man named AJ even asked how I was doing on this hot sunday. Took my order, was prompt and proficient he even confirmed it that it was correct. Young man even delivered my food. Appreciate his kindness and great attitude on a very very hot Texas day. Man deserves a raise - understand he's been there over a year. Great example of a great employee
The morning crew is the best , I was greeted by Colby and zabe . They got my order quick and both were very friendly. There customer service is always nice to see, especially because if there’s any issues. I know I can trust them to fix and resolve the problem!
