Aug 2025 update: back to slow service and when you order drinks the outsides of the cups are nasty/sticky. I asked the carhop to go back and wipe it down. I got attitude and when he returned only one side of the cup had been wiped (easy to tell when it had soda all down the side). I’m done with this location. Custer and Virginia is out of the way but they offer faster service without attitude and soda cover cups. May 2024 update: upgrading my 1 star review to 4 stars. Spent 15 minutes waiting after ordering my food. I was the only car there. After they finally bring out the food and I take it home, this is what I got. A burger that must have been cooked multiple times and the hardest fries I've ever had. Everything had to be thrown away. They should be ashamed of themselves.
French fries were all crispy and overcooked; got drink order wrong; now charging for ketchup packets!
This location continues to struggle with service. Their turnover has got to cost them. I waited over 30 minutes for two 44oz drinks. I sat in parking spot 1 and watched a crew that didn't have any sense of urgency, nor organization. They seemed to be always looking around for what todo next and when someone brought out meals it was at a leisurely pace.
