I had wasted my school lunch twice in a row having to leave on an empty stomach. even after being one of the first there, Many others before me had received their meals. I'm glad I had paid with cash instead of my card otherwise I would have been getting my money taken.
I’ve never had any issue with the food until now I’ve always gotten cheese fries or tots but I’ve never seen them make it like this using hamburger cheese slices. I tried to pick up a fry and the whole slice came off as a whole. Made me lose my appetite completely.
I ordered a few drinks, a burger, and some grilled cheese sandwiches during my recent visit. While the wait time was longer than expected, the most concerning issue was the burger itself. It was severely undercooked—completely raw in the center (see photo). This was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
