I just ordered mozzarella sticks and a gatorade slush. More than half the mozzarella sticks there was no cheese in it. Horrible place what can I say!

This place this place makes it really easy for you to get your Burgers your way they don't look at you in a weird way when modifying your burgers. Everything is good, spicy ketchup is great, staff has really good attitude the food is warm and fresh though they could do better on the fries, I wish there will be a little bit more crispy I always get soggy fries at Whataburger no matter what they always soggy.

I came at around 11pm, ordered on the app in advance getting ice cream and paying for it already. Upon arrival they said they didn’t have ice cream, when I wanted my refund they told me to call the number on the receipt by way of dispute. Absolute terrible service. Just lazy high teenage kids. This place should be shut down!!! What a disgrace

Great customer service, I know things happen but not sure how when I was the 1st car in line & my order got pushed behind several orders when I only ordered 1 meal. I unfortunately had to wait 10 minutes, then they were about to give me the wrong order. Good thing I didn't just grab & go, then had to wait another 5 minutes to get my order.
