It’s about what you’d expect for a gas station sonic
Absolutely terrible experience. We came back to this location after they messed up a previous order and gave my son a coupon to make it right. When we tried to use it, the manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and acted like honoring their own coupon was some kind of inconvenience. Instead of trying to fix the situation, she talked down to us and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service clearly means nothing at this location. Mistakes happen, but the way management handles them says everything.
Love the onion rings you have to visit the nice workers at the sonic in the store on the corner of Bailey and chocolate bayou
