Wow what a disappointment this sonic has become. Service is barely there and I ordered a large drink and they gave me a medium Had an amazing customer service experience today from Lisa! From start to finish she was amazing. Professional and kind from the greeting to the thank you. Every business has 1 thing in common customer service. You either have it or you don't and let me tell you Lisa has it!! You just don't get that level of service any longer at any drive through any business. Thank you Lisa!!!
All of you fast food places need to recognize that without us you've got NOTHING!! W will likely not go here again possibly no more Sonic period. {Edit edit: This store is rapidly turning into an abismal excuse for a Sonic. Sauce is inherently an extra charge here.
