First time at this location and wow. I am truly surprised by the incredible customer service me and my friend experienced. I just have to share. Upon arrival the store was extremely clean and I was greeted by a gentleman who was the manager. I believe he said his name was Trey. He took our order and was extremely friendly and made great conversation with us. I go thru the drive through at least twice a week for ice cream. Their manager, Trey has always been super nice, and always asks about my fur babies and knew our names after our first visit. He does a great job and always has a big smile on his face.
I came by one time by myself looking for a pick-me-up on a rough day at work and i was greeted with a smile. A young man named trey has been the reason i come back. How he treats his customers is beyond out of this world. he meets all of our needs (me and my family of 5). he doesn't get upset when we all come in at once, he wants us there! i cant thank this sonic enough for picking a great worker like him! thanks sonic!
Not sure who works in the drive thru but i literally just left without ordering because the kid is just arguing with people!
