Bad service. I repeated my order several times and made it specific I wanted salt ketchup and pepper even when they brought me the order I asked again did you put extra salt ketchup and pepper. Natalie said yes. That's what also caught my attention because she has my same name. I left and didn't check my order until I got home. 😔

Waited at drive thru for 10 minutes no one came to the speaker, pulled up to the window was stared at for another 5 minutes, came to drive in and waited another 20 minutes. Terrible service.

Took a long time to bring out food with little customers in parking lot, brought out the order incorrectly and when asked to get it fixed to what was charged took an even longer time to bring out correct food. Food was cold and unappetizing.

First time there, just 2 sandwiches and a order of onion rings. Well both sandwiches came wrong. Should have checked before proceeding home I guess. Shouldn't even have to be worried about such a easy order. The onion rings, breading was simply horrible tasting!!

I am giving this 2 stars, this to be fair. I have been to this place twice, unfortunately both of these have gotten the wrong order. The coney was over cooked, the orders were not "condimented" as requested. This is a fairly new place. I think the personnel does not have the interest of a delivery of service. Anyway I thank them for their effort, but I will refrain from going again to this place. I hope they can lift their level of service.
