honestly if i could give zero stars, i would. i ordered a shake thru the app, picked it up and took it home, found out it was sour and RANCID. sonic support is no help, three days later i still have no response from support. i don't expect to get a response at all at this point.
Service time is REALLY bad here! I pulled up to the menu and the button flashed so I know it was working. Then it shut off. Pressed it again and did the same thing. There was one other car here but I pressed it a third time and they finally got to me. I ordered a single burger combo and it TOOK FOREVER! I really don’t understand why it takes so so long. If I could give it a zero I would. They are sooooo slooooow. Please get new staff the location is good but your staff is horrible.
The 98th street location in Albuquerque is really bad. Its supposed to be open 24 hours but when you go thru the drive thru no one answers. When someone does take your order and you go to the window, they tell you they can't make your order because of some excuse like the grill not being clean. Why take the order if they know they can't make it? I was excited to have a Sonic close to my residence but I think this is the worse Sonic in Albuquerque .
Avoid this Sonic like the plague unless, in my opinion, you want to receive food poisoning. This location should be shut down, and the longer it stays open the more it puts customers in-danger.
