We stopped by hoping to try one of the seasonal ice cream treats, but the experience was disappointing. When we asked about it, the employee simply said “nope” — no explanation or alternative. We then asked if we could at least get regular ice cream, and she said the machine was already shut down for the night. Waited almost thirty mins for a drink terrible service. Didn’t greet me at the window when I pulled up. I don’t recommend at all
I am currently sitting in stall 13 waiting for the large grape slushie that I ordered over a half hour ago. I checked in on the app to let them know I was in stall 13, and after a while they cleared my order like they'd already served it. I tried calling on the phone, but got no answer. I pushed the red button and they sent someone out a while ago, but I'm still sitting here waiting. The big problem they have is that they clear orders out of the system before they actually fulfill them. This happens every time I come here.
