Great food and service
When the manager / owner is there the place goes off its rails and you can expect extremely poor service.
One of the employees was at the drive thru window openly talking rudely about customers in front of them without showing her face. I was criticized for rounding up my order and leaving a tip. Super unfortunate for this business. I also noticed the employees are also parking in the order stalls.
Took my pup thru to get a cherry limeade slushie and they gave her a pup cup and we're very kind! Great experience
We stopped by hoping to try one of the seasonal ice cream treats, but the experience was disappointing. When we asked about it, the employee simply said “nope” — no explanation or alternative. We then asked if we could at least get regular ice cream, and she said the machine was already shut down for the night.
