I used the app to order 3 drinks from this location on Sunday afternoon (Aug 3.) After pulling into a stall and confirming my arrival, I waited for about 15 mins. I tried pressing the button, but the stall screen was not working. I moved stalls. That stall screen was on, and I pressed the button. No one answered for about 10 minutes. Had to wait over 5 mins to get someone to answer the call button and then when our order was brought out we were missing some of it. So had to call again and request we get what we had already paid for. It was a mess!
It's a drive through but the guy working the kiosk needs some training. He acts like it's the drive through and your order doesn't show up on screen so you can't pay there. Then I wanted to order some queso but he was done with me but the girl delivered said "we don't carry queso anymore" I said you might want to take it off the sign then!
