The girl taking the order last night around 7-8 pm was RUDE. Her tone, attitude and way of speaking was not in line with talking to another human being, let alone a customer service job. The kid who brought us the order was a sweet heart, but forgot our shakes. He brought the full order out 5 min later. One shake was done perfectly, the other seemed like they wiped the lid with a rag and it was not mixed. They also forgot the condiments. Would recommend a district manager drop in for a month or two. They always check my order in and say they’re bringing it and then I still have to wait an extra 30 mins for DRINKS!! They do that so they keep their times up. Sorry place and sorry employees!
We regularly visit Waco. We have stopped at this Sonic two times for drinks as we travel back home. Both times, we have waited a very long time ( non-crowded) to receive our orders. We have driven away. We will not be stopping here again.
This location has horrible customer service. The guy manager is rude and should not be in this line of work if he does not know how to handle situations.
