This the first review I have ever posted. It was happy hour and we used the drive through to order 2 limeade’s. After ordering it took 10 minutes to get to the pickup point. We waited over 10 minutes and watched the car hop go to the same car 4 times. Still no drinks. After a few more minutes the car behind us was served their drink. After that we left. After reading post from the last few weeks I would say never come to this Sonic. They don’t fix problems.
Already waited about 30 minutes for my food, then they gave it to the wrong car. Complete waste of time don’t go here
Don't try amd use coupons here had to call corporate on them supposed to get a call from thos location never did . Vally Mills location called me and took care of us . Will never go back to this one again after 3 trips in 1 day and it was a different excuse everytime.
We’re here right now, ordered on the app before we got here and we’ve been waiting 10 minutes so far. Every other car here has come and gone so we hit the red button. Had to repeat the name 4 times, he asked what we ordered, and finally figured out we ordered 4 drinks. After 10 minutes waiting they told us it’d be longer because the tea wasn’t ready but didn’t feel it necessary to let us there would be a 10+ minute wait to begin with. 6th Street is much nicer and more efficient.
Great coney dog and my husband really enjoyed the fish sandwich. It's been a long time coming for this Sonic to have someone in control! Yay!
