I’m a fan of sonic, but the app was acting up and wouldn’t let me check in and so when I arrived I called the phone number. The lady who picked up was mad that I called that number and was VERY rude. The girl who bought out my order was really nice but really put off by the first girl.
Corporate Sonic apparently changed the app so half price drinks are a reward instead of standard. So you can't have any other reward with it. Shrinkflation right when things are getting more expensive. Workers are always fantastic and friendly and awesome.
