STAFF:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff at the Winder, GA location are fantastic. They are always friendly. FACILITY:⭐️⭐️⭐️The building and the drive-through speaker, could use some TLC. Some of the lights don't work, there are plants growing on the roof, and all if the exterior metal surfaces (stalls, rails, etc) could use a fresh coat of paint. FOOD:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The food isn't the BEST fast food around, but it's CONSISTENT, and the portions are generous. I always know what I'm going to get, and I like that.
**Extremely Dangerous** *Avoid if you have any dietary medical conditions!!!* As a Type 1 Diabetic, I have to be extremely careful about what I consume. Today, my mom and I went through the Sonic drive-thru and specifically ordered two Diet drinks. My mom made sure to clarify twice at the speaker that they needed to be Diet. When we got to the window, my mom again confirmed twice more with the employee handing them to us. When I got home, I used diet detect strips to double check and they tested positive for full sugar. They forgot food in our bag manager said we can come back and get a meal for free because we paid for stuff we didn’t get, I went in today and the “general manager” he says he is asked for a receipt and I showed him he proceeded to say I don’t know what to tell you, So we just asked who the other manager was that helped us and he said he’s the only one and the general manager would he said I’m not giving you my name proceeded to say I’m calling the police and told us to leave because we said this is ridiculous and asked for ... read more
Not exactly what is happening at this store, but it needs new staff. I arrived at 7pm, ordered 2 corn dogs, 2 hotdogs with ketchup and cheese, a large coke, and a chocolate shake. When we got home, we discovered it was a large Mr. Pibb, the Hotdogs were plain, the buns were so stale, I could drive a 12" nail through a 2×4 with them..
