They always seam to have staffing issues. The last time that we went there they did not have enough people on a Sunday afternoon shift so they were not running the car hop service.
This sonic makes sonics look bad. Never go. Today Amira had to go back inside three different times to get missing items. She took the receipt and still couldn't get it right. Drinks were wrong.
Burgers weren't wrapped at all and fell apart in bag. Staff member Kalaya(sp?) Was rude when we asked for ketchup stating, "Why didn't you ask for ketchup when you ordered" would not recommend this location based on this experience.
Ordered from this location for delivery off their sonic app. $41.27 was the order total. They totally messed up my order. Got a wrong food and forgot others. Tried using the help button on the app. Told me to contact sonic 6635. That's the store number and location where the food was delivered to. Called them up. Whoever answered immediately transfered me to the manager. Told him I got the wrong order and was missing food.
