I went to Sonics 4 days ago to order an all beef hot dog combo with tater tots both with chili cheese and onions along with one additional all beef chili cheese hot dog only. I specifically told the guy ordering that I wanted one with a meal and one without the meal. Make a long story short the guy rung me up for 2 combination meals. Ordered through the app. Arrived when food was supposed to be ready. Food took another 10 minutes, one item was incorrect (cheese on the burger when ordered without cheese). Still waiting on the replacement 15 minutes after the incorrect item was brought to the staff.
