I placed an order, got to the window and my card wouldn’t work. The young lady said something is wrong and if I could pay in cash. I told her I could go to the bank, I did. I went back and she says the system is down. I already knew the problem was the chip on my card. There are those who just don’t want to be bothered with working. It’s easier to say the system is down than to actually work to people with that mindset. I went to McDonald’s instead and used my card, it worked just fine. Waited about 10 minutes at a stall, pressed the red button once, no one ever said anything and it reset, so we pressed it again, and again nothing. We pulled around to the drive-thru with 2 cars in front of us, took their orders but when we pulled up said they were no longer taking orders. There was only the two cars that were in front of us at the drive-thru, and 4 or 5 cars at the stalls. Not busy. First and last time ever trying this location. Seems like all of the sonics around this area are awful.

Placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. After 10 mins, called in to get status and said it was on the way. Waited another 10 mins and the order disappeared from the screen. Called back to say that the slushie machine was broken. Then they couldn't find the order. After confirming my online order two times and 40 mins later, the food arrived, but they forgot the shake and drinks. Car hop had to go back and make them. Worst experience, no consolation offered, was just brushed off.
