Not sure why it took 20 minutes to make a cherry limeade... And on a separate order, why did I order a corn dog with a queso wrap and a jr chicken sandwich, but what I received was nasty bacon and egg on burnt texad toast with a nasty bacon and egg burrito? Easily the worst Sonic I've been to, and I've been to some horrible Sonics.
Finally, a fast food place that makes crispy fries and tater tots.
Horrible customer service. TLDR: They lied to me when I ordered, took forever, then made me jump through hoops to get a refund. My wife wanted to try the new Unicorn slush, but specifically wanted the straw. I went to the drive through on the way home, and they took forever to prepare my order. When I pulled up, I asked if they had the unicorn drink, if it came with the straw, and if they had the straw in stock before placing my order. I was told yes to all three. Placed a mobile order at 9:25pm yesterday 04/25/25, marked to be ready at 9:30pm. We showed up a little while after the pickup due to a car stuck on the road, and checked in at around 9:40pm. Waited, watching multiple others get their orders, showing up after us. My boyfriend eventually tired of waiting and went up to ask at around 10pm.
