I love Sonic! The burgers are the best of any fast food around Radford, imo. The big issue is if you go during any rush hour, like dinner, you won't get decent service. I clicked the button to order, and it waited 10 min and shut off. I went to the workers and they said to move to another stall. After hitting the order button again on a different stall, i waited 15 more min, and it kept turning off. I showed up lunch time middle of the day one car at the pull up outside and 2 of my guys standing in the line of order out of there car . Keep in mind it's 90'+out side. Manager at the location on Franklin Rd is so nasty. If they get your order wrong and you complain, she is not accommodating, to correct it, there are additional charges, and then she treats you like you're the problem. One ounce cup of queso was brought to the car only 1/4 full and we were charged 1.00 for it because it was left off of our fries. I asked for a full cup and she said, we provide this one ounce cup.
