We just ordered take out and I got a chilli cheese dog and cheddar peppers. It was cold to the touch and the cheese wasn't even melted. Does the owner even care?
Needs a facility refresh. Dirty and unkempt.
We just went through the drive-thru here and hit a massive pothole that popped our tire. When we told the manager, she just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do even though it’s clearly their fault for not maintaining the drive-thru. While we were stuck in the parking lot putting on the spare, she actually came outside, huffed at us, and walked away without offering help. They think a smash burger is a regular burger. They don't seem to care about food quality. Went through the drive-thru & was missing items & they didn't listen to special order. Been twice & same experience.
