My wife went there to get us some fconclude and when we not receive all of our food . She called and they admitted to forgetting to putting the burger The bag. She went back and they said they made a new burger but it was cold. We both got a large order of onion rings they were over cooked or the oil was burnt.
One star is to much credit for this place. Garbage customer service, garbage parking lot, and garbage establishment in general! 25 minutes before anyone ever answered the red button. OH WAIT, they never answered. I had to get the car hop the first time then wait 10 more min before i walked in the building to find all the employees on cell phones leaning againt the table with all the drinks on it. 35 minutes is unheard of for 3 drinks. Service is terrible, they can't ever get your order right! dont waste your time.
We waited 55 mins for a small slush and two sonic blast! This is ridiculous and they need to do better. Kimmy purposely took her time brining our drinks out! They need to do better with customer service or give a training to their employees. This is unacceptable to wait an hour for 3 drinks. I pressed the button and had to tell the lead in duty. She needs to be trained!
