Need a new manager maybe ! Needs to be re-hired on a lot of the employees ! Some are awesome but some of them are ....... in need of training of kindness and their jobs !
I waited in the drive thru so over 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order its ridiculous
Trash and dead rodents were my visuals at the kiosks on the 3 times I've been to this sonic in the last 3 years. Ive never received my food in less than 45min and it was always cold and the order was never correct. The servers were always annoyed when I asked them to go back for my sauces that they always forgot or insisted I didn't order any and would be even more annoyed when my receipt proved that I had. Everyone was so friendly, and chatted with me for awhile!! I got a pretzel with cheese and came out by time i had reached the window!! Everyone again was so fast and polite!! Definitely coming back for more!!
