Had put in a mobile order. Pick up time was 9:40pm. Got to the stalls for mobile pick ups, wouldn’t let us check in. Went inside to get order and the employees in there were loud and talking over everything. Wouldn’t acknowledge anyone in the lobby. We went through drive thru to try for the 3rd time. Got to the window after 15 minutes in line, they didn’t even come to the window for a bit than tried to give me wrong order.
