I ordered a milkshake and a turtle candy shake when they were delivered I seen that the store did not put a protective cover on the top the cups and the cups were sticky and wet from a spilled fountain drink. I called and spoke to the manager he did not take responsibility and stated DoorDash would handle it. First of all DoorDash did not make the shakes Sonic did so take responsibility and make it right. I will never order here again they have horrible service. Avoid this place at all cost.
This is the WORST sonic in the city! They get my order wrong EVERY TIME. Even when I go weeks in between coming there my order is still wrong! This makes me hate the sonic brand altogether because it really can’t be that hard to remove TWO ingredients! Not to mention I was there 20 mins for a burrito and some tater tots! DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️
Got a medium Oreo blast, only had Oreos in the top 1/3 of the ice cream, the rest was just plain vanilla 👎
I ordered 2 dr peppers and 2 BLTS. It took 25 minutes for them to bring me my order (there were only 4 other cars sitting by there). When I went to finally eat my BLT, not one but 2 of them didn’t even have tomato. So I asked for both my BLTs to be made right and for a side of ranch, they brought me 1 BLT that was made right and no ranch.
