We're only taking orders through drive through. Every. Time. What's the point in being sonic then?
I had an issue with my order and attempted to call to fix it. I attempted calling multiple times, but each time, it rang three times and then went to voicemail. Naturally I never got a call back. I’ll be avoiding this Sonic in the future.
The worst drive-thru service I have ever experienced. Not only did they take an incredibly long time, even though there wasn’t a single other customer there, but the employees were standing around in the kitchen talking and doing nothing while my order was just sitting there. They could clearly see me waiting, and they still didn’t seem to care. It was extremely disrespectful. There were also a few people sitting in a car outside.
